Successful business change is only ever achieved when our clients' people and teams are engaged and have ownership of the direction of travel. Strategy designs the direction, while people, culture and teamwork when they are aligned forge the pathway. Good communication, a collective understanding and shared objectives are critical at every step.
Every so often, organisations in change need to take a breath, reflect on where they've been, sometimes recalibrate, sometimes celebrate a success or two, while relentlessly pursuing their goals. How we do it
We work closely with the senior leadership, including CEO’s or MD’s, Chief People Officers and operational leaders to craft a compelling narrative or roadmap for change, with the aim of aligning the total organisation and its stakeholders with the direction of travel.
We turn agreed messaging into engaging content and stories to be shared with the organisation’s people and teams across a variety of communications channels. We will advise how, at every opportunity, company communications can positively reinforce business change and strategy goals.
Working with People or HR leaders, we can also advise and deliver engagement programmes to align our clients’ strategy goals with individual and team objectives.
We welcome working alongside or advising the company’s in-house communications and marketing teams for our business change projects. Where internal resources to deliver strategic communications are scarce, Trampelpfad can take ownership of every step, including where required sourcing outside specialists for content design and production for online, digital, filmed and printed channels.
And when our clients wish to share their progress with strategy externally, or need to reactively manage issues, Trampelpfad’s expertise engaging with external partners, customers, consumer affairs, industry bodies, investors and the media can also be brought into play.
